Job Summary

Sharecare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who succeeds in a fast-paced environment to immediately impact our Human Resources Team. Here at Sharecare, the Talent Acquisition team strategically partners with business owners and colleagues to influence the business positively. We aim to increase awareness of Sharecare as a premier employer. Your goal is to ensure our HR department is organized and effective in attracting, hiring, and retaining colleagues.

Essential Job Functions
  • Become a subject matter expert on Sharecare to provide candidates with accurate information about the company and open positions.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to review and vet requisitions before recruitment begins.
  • Post job openings on the company's website and external job boards.
  • Maintain a consistent corporate image across recruiting campaigns.
  • Review resumes as they arrive daily and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Extend employment offers to successful candidates.
  • Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure pre-employment screenings are completed according to internal and client standards.
  • Assist with daily HR operations and duties.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Experience with high-volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases (Workday preferred).
  • Knowledge of pre-employment background check processes and vendors (HireRight preferred).
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
