Job Summary

Sharecare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment to make an immediate impact on our Human Resources team. This role involves partnering strategically with business leaders to attract, hire, and retain talented colleagues, while increasing Sharecare’s visibility as a top employer.

Essential Job Functions

• Become a subject matter expert on Sharecare to provide candidates with accurate information about the company and open positions.
• Collaborate with HR partners to review and vet requisitions before recruitment begins.
• Post job openings on the company's website and external job boards.
• Maintain a consistent corporate image across all recruiting campaigns.
• Review resumes daily and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Extend employment offers to successful candidates.
• Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure pre-employment screenings are completed per requirements.
• Assist with daily HR operations and duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience with high-volume, non-exempt recruitment preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases (Workday preferred).
• Knowledge of pre-employment background check processes and vendors (HireRight preferred).
• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Basic understanding of labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills.
