Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Human Resources team. This role involves partnering with business leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent, while enhancing Sharecare's reputation as a premier employer.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Become a subject matter expert on Sharecare to effectively communicate the company's mission and open roles to candidates.
  2. Collaborate with HR partners to review and approve requisitions before recruitment begins.
  3. Post job openings on the company's website and external job boards.
  4. Maintain a consistent corporate image across all recruiting campaigns.
  5. Review resumes and screen candidates efficiently.
  6. Extend job offers to selected candidates.
  7. Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure pre-employment screenings are completed according to requirements.
  8. Assist with daily HR operations and administrative duties.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  3. Experience with high-volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred.
  4. Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and resume databases.
  5. Knowledge of pre-employment background check processes (HireRight preferred).
  6. Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  7. Basic understanding of labor laws.
  8. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
