Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Human Resources team. The role involves partnering strategically with business leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent, and to enhance Sharecare’s reputation as a premier employer. The ideal candidate will ensure our HR operations are organized and effective in recruiting efforts.

Essential Job Functions
  • Become a subject matter expert on Sharecare to provide candidates with accurate company and role information.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to review and vet requisitions before recruitment begins.
  • Post job openings on the company's website and external job boards.
  • Maintain a consistent corporate image across all recruiting campaigns.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Extend employment offers to successful candidates.
  • Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure pre-employment screenings meet internal and client standards.
  • Assist with daily HR functions and operational duties.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Experience with high-volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS software (Workday preferred) and resume databases.
  • Knowledge of pre-employment background check processes (HireRight preferred).
  • Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
