Responsibilities

• Review candidate resumes and profiles; conduct interviews; assess and recommend talent.
• Negotiate and present offers; provide status updates to candidates.
• Maintain candidate workflow and notes in the ATS.
• Source professional talent using proactive recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and manage requisitions and candidate communications.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
