Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in a professional recruiting role.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Open and route requisitions and post positions on company postings sites.
• Update candidate records and schedule interviews across platforms.
• Conduct detailed screening for professional level roles.
• Actively source active and passive candidates via traditional and non-traditional methods.
• Research market trends and candidate landscape for supported areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on needs, assessments, and feedback.
• Develop pipelines for future openings and guide participants through the process.
