Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience accepted in lieu.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of talent management systems and employment law is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR Business Partner with Talent Acquisition expertise.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Counsel Hiring Managers during talent strategy discussions and recruitment lifecycle.
• Prioritize recruitment needs with senior leadership during heavy volume periods.
• Manage recruiting lifecycle: source, phone screen, interview process, debrief, references, offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers; ensure market equity.
• Provide recommendations on outreach events and recruitment tools.
