Job summary

CLS Health PLLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage a high-volume recruitment workload and deliver a responsive hiring experience across CLS Health in Webster, Texas. The role requires urgency, proactive sourcing, organization, and strong communication with hiring managers.

You will develop candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while maintaining updates and ensuring timely onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or another high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple open requisitions and competing hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to recruit with a strong sense of urgency and consistently move candidates through the hiring process.
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize high-volume workloads and meet recruiting deadlines.
  • Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite in Webster, Texas.
  • Must be willing to travel to other CLS Health locations and recruiting events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing positions based on business need, urgency, candidate availability, and difficulty to fill.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, career fairs, community partnerships, and direct sourcing.
  • Proactively source candidates rather than relying solely on applicants, utilizing online databases, professional networks, and other sourcing tools to develop strong candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs, particularly for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency by responding quickly to staffing needs, candidate activity, interview requests, and changes in hiring priorities.
  • Review applications and resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess experience, qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with position requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner with clear and relevant screening information.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with hiring managers regarding recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interview feedback, aging requisitions, hiring challenges, and recommended next steps.
  • Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers by understanding their departments, staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Follow up with hiring managers regarding candidate feedback and interview decisions to minimize unnecessary delays in the recruitment process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining timely communication with all parties.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and communicate compensation, benefits, start dates, and other terms of employment.
  • Track recruiting activity and outcomes, including candidate submissions, interviews, offers, hires, requisition aging, and other Talent Acquisition performance measures.
  • Identify recruiting challenges or potential delays early and proactively develop solutions or elevate concerns when appropriate.
  • Promote CLS Health's employer brand through recruitment initiatives, networking events, career fairs, university partnerships, professional associations, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, schools, professional organizations, and other talent sources to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, and onboarding requirements; refer complex matters to appropriate HR leadership.
  • Coordinate an efficient onboarding process, including completion of required paperwork, collection of documentation, and coordination of equipment and system access.
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and CLS Health policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resources files and records.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure required documentation is complete and appropriately maintained.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department as needed.
  • Travel to CLS Health clinics, career fairs, recruiting events, and other locations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing a high-volume recruitment workload while delivering a responsive and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across CLS Health.

This role requires a strong sense of urgency, proactive sourcing, organization, follow-through, and consistent communication. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, develop qualified candidate pipelines, quickly identify and engage talent, and partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and keep searches moving forward.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, takes ownership of assigned requisitions, uses recruiting activity and results to manage priorities, and communicates proactively with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, challenges, delays, and next steps.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite in Webster, Texas.
  • Must be willing to travel to other CLS Health locations and recruiting events as needed.
