Job summary

Norm Ai is seeking a TA Partner to scale our hiring across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering. You will work directly with founders and managers to define roles, build candidate profiles, and own the full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing through onboarding—in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will craft sourcing strategies, improve processes, and contribute to the employer brand while maintaining a strong pulse on market trends and candidate experience. NYC relocation is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Proven track record of attracting top talent
• Experience at an early-stage venture-backed company
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners
• Experience hiring in AI, ML, or LegalTech spaces

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offers, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Build, iterate, and scale recruiting processes for a high-growth startup
• Drive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance
