Responsibilities include developing strategies with hiring managers, leveraging ATS and analytics, managing offers, and ensuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP. The role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across diverse business verticals including Technology, Finance, Business Development and Marketing.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sensitive searches and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with an enterprise ATS such as Workday.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and screen resumes, schedule interviews, and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Leverage data and analytics to implement tactics aligned with hiring strategy.
• Develop feedback mechanisms from candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Facilitate offer and onboarding process, including letters and background checks.
• Upskill hiring managers on recruiting practices and system tools for efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and attend career events to build a candidate pipeline.
• Develop candidate pools and direct recruitment campaigns to gain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations and stay current on recruiting trends.
