Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates is hiring a Lateral Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the National Lateral Talent Acquisition team. The role is hybrid and can be based in Chicago, Washington, DC, or New York offices.

Responsibilities include managing interview schedules, updating candidate data, coordinating with search firm recruiters, and generating reports. A Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and vendor contracts preferred.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities

• Enter, distribute and update lateral interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate data in applicant tracking system and databases.
• Coordinate candidate availability with Search Firm recruiters.
• Support with updating lateral statistics and reports.
• Prepare candidate hiring files for handoff to teams.
