Empath Health is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles. This remote position is based in Florida and may require travel for career fairs and events statewide.

You will partner with hiring managers, source and interview candidates, and build pipelines to ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining efficient hiring processes across healthcare functions.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or hospital recruiting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted recruitment partner to our hiring leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions. What You’ll Need
