Job summary

Tribe.xyz is seeking an experienced German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote team, based in the CEE or Balkans region. You will embed with client organizations to support full-cycle hiring across multiple roles, collaborating with hiring stakeholders and driving efficient recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, excels at sourcing, and communicates fluently in German and English.

• Proficient in proactive sourcing and building pipelines from scratch
• Confident guiding hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Fluent German and English (C1+)
• Independent pipeline ownership and proactive problem solving
• Comfort with recruitment metrics and ATS data

We are now looking for an experienced German-Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in the CEE or Balkans region.

In this role, you will embed directly with fast-growing client companies to support full-cycle hiring across a variety of roles. You will work closely with hiring stakeholders, manage the full recruitment process, and keep candidate pipelines moving smoothly.

• Contract: Indefinite B2B
• Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)
• Notice period: ASAP (up to 1-2 weeks)
• Language: Fluent German and English (minimum C1)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Full-Cycle Hiring: Own recruitment across a variety of roles, managing everything from initial sourcing to final offer negotiations.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, using proactive sourcing and outreach to keep searches moving.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Work directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. Lead structured hiring syncs, provide clear updates, and manage feedback with confidence.
• Reporting & Pipeline Ownership: Keep recruitment systems up to date, monitor hiring progress, identify risks early, and communicate pipeline status clearly.
• Process Ownership: Support and improve recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Recruiter: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across one or more areas of expertise.
• Sourcing Capability: Comfortable with proactive sourcing, talent mapping, outreach, and building pipelines from scratch.
• Stakeholder Management: Confident working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Direct Communicator: Fluent in German and English, with a minimum C1 level in both.
• Proactive Owner: You manage your pipeline independently, surface hiring roadblocks early, and keep searches moving forward.
• Data Savvy: Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment data to track progress and communicate pipeline performance.
