The Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts at Alignment Health. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding while also providing consultative support to hiring managers throughout the hiring journey. This role will recruit for a variety of positions and require flexible thinking and execution to satisfy multiple stakeholders.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles including exempt and nonexempt positions.
- Conducts intake meeting with hiring manager, sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
- Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Other duties or projects may be assigned.
Experience
Required: 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience; 1+ years of staffing experience.
Preferred: Recruiting experience in corporate, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specialized Skills:
- Consultative approach while effectively managing stakeholder and client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, applicant tracking, closing, offer processes, relationship management.
- Skilled in creative sourcing strategies and tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $77,905.00 - $116,858.00
