Aerospace & Geospatial Focus

Location: Remote

Type: 1- year contract

Hudson RPO is seeking a highly technical recruiter with deep experience in aerospace and/or geospatial recruitment to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexity of technical talent acquisition in industries such as aerospace, defense, advanced engineering, or geospatial technology. We also welcome experienced tech recruiters who are eager to transition into the dynamic world of space-tech and aerospace hiring.

Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner embedded within a Hudson RPO client team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. You’ll act as both a strategic advisor and brand ambassador, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape and execute recruiting strategies.

This is a high-impact role requiring a human-centered approach, with an emphasis on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and helping to build a diverse, high-performing workforce in mission-critical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Represent the client’s brand with authenticity, sharing their mission and values to attract aligned candidates
  • Develop and maintain robust pipelines of talent across aerospace, geospatial, defense, and adjacent technology sectors
  • Ensure an inclusive and seamless candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Provide strategic market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with internal HR and People teams to support workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, ideally within aerospace, defense, , or advanced tech environments
  • Open to strong tech recruiters with a clear interest or transferable skills for the aerospace/geospatial sector
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and promoting workforce diversity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
