What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and store locations as well as corporate requisitions
• Manage a high-volume workload with focus, structure, and consistency
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
• Partner closely with field leadership to drive hiring results and solve staffing challenges
• Take full accountability for outcomes—from candidate engagement to offer acceptance and start
