Hayward Industries, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support talent planning and recruiting strategy while providing full-service recruitment for professional roles. This onsite position in Raleigh, NC combines end-to-end recruiting execution with proactive sourcing, candidate management, and onboarding support.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an end-to-end recruitment plan for assigned roles to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline aligned with business goals, covering activities from the initial recruiting strategy session through Day 1.
- Lead and execute internship and early career talent recruiting.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to align on the talent profile for each role and support creation of role job descriptions.
- Create role-specific interview guides and ensure alignment with hiring managers on competencies to assess across interview stages and the hiring process.
- Proactively source and manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, including regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on candidate status.
- Pre-screen and/or interview applicants to evaluate interest, job fit, and qualifications relative to job requirements and Hayward’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Facilitate decision meetings by coordinating interviewers, documenting outcomes, and recording next steps.
- Monitor offer activity and raise concerns when candidate expectations may not align with current compensation practices.
- Manage the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires, including assisting with new hire orientation facilitation.
- Collaborate with employment agencies, community organizations, colleges, and universities to attract talent.
- Conduct sourcing searches that may include cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations or pools, professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies and individuals, and use of analytics tools.
- Use online recruiting resources such as niche job boards, associations, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, career center websites, and ATS tools to identify and recruit candidates.
- Apply social media sourcing and talent branding tools to support talent attraction.
- Communicate a positive view of Hayward’s culture, work environment, and total rewards, including clear understanding and communication of benefits and perks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience across multiple disciplines in the manufacturing industry (including Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and others)
- Experience using Workday Recruit ATS
- Strong sourcing skills and strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Boolean web search strings
- Demonstrated passive recruiting capability, including prospect identification, cold calling, referral generation, and competitive intelligence gathering
