Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC is a global consulting firm seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver full-cycle recruiting and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders. You will drive talent acquisition initiatives, source top talent, support workforce planning, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have experience in professional services or consulting, strong ATS proficiency, and a track record of hiring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree.
  • Experience recruiting within professional services or consulting environments strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

  • Create sourcing plans and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content to attract top talent.
  • Produce candidate assessments, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations for hiring managers.
  • Generate market intelligence reports, including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns that enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations to identify qualified talent.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the ATS.
  • Manage and continuously improve the organization's college and university recruiting strategy, including planning and executing career fairs, campus recruiting events, internship programs, and talent pipeline initiatives to attract emerging talent from targeted academic institutions.
  • Provide timely candidate status updates and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment workflows to ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting services while acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders. This role drives talent acquisition initiatives, develops effective sourcing strategies, supports workforce planning efforts, and ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities
Work Product Creation, Project Management, Coordination with Team Members
  • Create sourcing plans and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content to attract top talent.

The Salary Ranges For This Role Are As Follows

$75,000 - $205,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier AA - Sample Locations: NY Metro, San Franscisco, San Jose, Seattle)

$70,000 - $190,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier A - Sample Locations: Irvine CA, Middlesex NJ, Tacoma WA, Boston, Alexandria)

$64,000 - $174,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier B - Sample Locations - Baltimore, Chicago, Anchorage, Portland)

$58,000 - $158,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier C - Sample Locations - Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Miami)

$55,000 - $150,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier D - Sample Locations - Mississippi, Mobile AL, Bowling Green KY, Tulsa)
