About this role

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment utilizing understanding of business, client needs, specific talent pools, and the innovation necessary to execute a talent acquisition strategy. Manages a high-volume requisition load, partnering within the organization to execute employee brand, social media, and outreach. Leads various program and project initiatives in the department. Develops and delivers training regarding the recruitment, selection and hiring process. Researches, reviews, and develops talent acquisition procedures and guidelines.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:

Education and Experience:

  • Four years of related experience to include one year of full-cycle recruiting

Knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications
  • Behavior- and competency-based interview techniques and applicant appraisal
  • Current industry and technology trends in the field of talent acquisition
  • Contemporary or emerging sourcing and talent pipeline building techniques and technology, and on-boarding processes and concepts
  • Federal, state, and local employment laws and practices

Preferred, but not a must:

Education and Experience

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Two years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

The minimum base pay for this position starts at $52,240.00 annually; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate’s education and experience.
