Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in recruitment, workforce administration, human resources, staffing operations, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations: create, review, and process requisitions; maintain recruitment records and job descriptions; support talent pipeline and vacancy management; track requisition status and posting activity; prepare recruitment-related reports.
• Internal Mobility Administration: review internal applications and coordinate communications; track status; process transfers and promotions; maintain internal hiring records.
• Supplemental Workforce Administration: liaise between programs and supplemental workforce; track assignment, availability, and utilization; monitor timesheet submission and invoice payments; manage audits and compliance initiatives.
• Other Projects: participate in special projects and departmental initiatives; perform related duties as assigned.
