Job summary

BRC is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Operations Generalist to support recruitment, internal mobility processes, and supplemental workforce management across the organization. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in recruitment, workforce administration, HR, staffing operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process requisitions.
• Maintain recruitment records, job descriptions, and related documentation.
• Support talent pipeline, vacancy management, and staffing updates.
• Assist with tracking requisition status, posting activity, and candidate movement through recruitment workflows.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports, summaries, and updates as needed.
• Review internal applications for minimum qualification requirements.
• Coordinate applicant communications and transfer documentation.
• Maintain records related to internal hiring activity.
• Serve as a liaison between programs and supplemental workforce resources.
• Monitor timesheet submission and approval compliance; resolve discrepancies and ensure invoices are paid timel
• Assist in developing standardized processes for workforce administration, assignment management, and timekeeping accountability.
