Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling for multiple recruiters and hiring teams, including logistics and follow-up communications.
• Enter, maintain, and audit recruiting data; create recurring recruiting reports and dashboards.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring metrics; initiate and track background screenings.
• Support vendor and third-party recruiting relationships; coordinate job fairs and recruiting events.
• Provide administrative support for talent acquisition and participate in process improvement projects.
• Travel up to 10% as needed for training.
