Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ HR experience, with emphasis on talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Project or program management experience required.
• Supervisory experience with leading teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a small team and oversee TA systems, programs, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and OFCCP regulations while optimizing recruiting workflows.
• Develop and maintain a Talent Acquisition Operations roadmap aligned with university strategy.
• Lead training, communications, and enablement resources for the university recruitment community.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, HRIS, and vendors to optimize system functionality and data quality.
