Job summary

Harvard University is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations to modernize and scale the University’s recruiting function. You will lead a small team, own TA systems, processes, and partnerships, and partner with stakeholders across the schools to deliver compliant, efficient recruitment experiences.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Talent Acquisition & Outreach, you will drive strategy, governance, and continuous improvement, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Project and/or program management experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with policies and OFCCP regulations.
• Oversee TA systems, workflows, integrations, and data quality.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, HRIS, and vendors to optimize functionality.
• Coach and develop a high-performing TA team and foster collaboration.
