You will help build and support the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up and coordinate candidate interviews across phone, virtual, and in-person formats. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members.
• Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service.
• Experience working in an environment that requires continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews (phone, virtual, in-person) for all open roles.
• Streamline the interview process end-to-end to ensure candidates have an amazing experience.
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make processes more efficient.
• Partner with sourcers & recruiters to support university career fairs & industry recruiting events.
