Applied Intuition, Inc. is a Sunnyvale, California-based company seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team.

You will build and support the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up, with broad responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will coordinate candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) across all open roles, and streamline the end-to-end process to ensure candidates have an excellent experience.

• Partner with sourcers & recruiters to support university career fairs & industry recruiting events.

We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions.

About The Role

We are looking for ambitious Recruiting Coordinators to join our Recruiting Operations team. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. This role will provide you with a wide set of responsibilities in a high-growth and fast‑paced environment.

At Applied Intuition, You Will

• Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open roles
• Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient, including interview training, funnel analytics, and enablement content
• Partner with sourcers & recruiters to support university career fairs & industry recruiting events

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members
• Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
• Experience working in an environment that requires for continuous process improvements

Nice To Have

• Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team
• Experience program managing events and tasks to completion

The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $108,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
