Job summary

Applied Intuition, based in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Recruiting Operations Manager to own the day-to-day health of our recruiting systems and lead a hands-on team of coordinators. You will partner with People Operations to scale processes and ensure data hygiene for a growing company.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting operations, 3+ years of people management, and a track record of building repeatable processes in fast-paced environments with SOX-ready controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations with growing headcount.
• Proven ability to build and document repeatable processes and maintain data hygiene across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of our recruiting systems, including the ATS (Ashby) and scheduling tooling (ModernLoop).
• Manage the recruiting coordination team’s performance; scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics.
• Build operational strategies for recruiting and translate strategy into documented, repeatable processes.
• Own data hygiene across recruiting systems and provide reliable reporting inputs for People team.
