This exempt, non-bargaining unit position is primarily based in Riverside, CA, with periodic duties in Hemet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years HR experience with recruiting/selection focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment plans with department hiring managers.
• Screen applications and proctor knowledge-based assessments.
• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
• Plan and deliver New Hire Onboarding meetings.
• Coordinate on- and off-site hiring events and on-the-spot offers.
• Represent the Agency at job fairs and events.
• Respond to applicant inquiries and keep candidates informed.
• Coordinate candidate background checks and I-9 processes.
• Provide back-up support to other HR roles.
