Job summary

LCPtracker, Inc. is a cloud-based SaaS provider specializing in labor compliance for public works construction projects. The HR Recruiter supports the full recruiting lifecycle, coordinating postings, sourcing, screenings, interviews, onboarding, and HR processes from our New Braunfels, TX office or via hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or related HR role experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and interview plans.
• Create, update, and post job openings across approved platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring-team communications; ensure timely follow-up.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
