Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding lifecycle at our Memphis locations. You will partner with regional and store leaders to ensure requisitions are updated, candidates progress smoothly, and offers reflect accurate terms.

The role requires collaborating with vendors for background checks and I-9 support, while maintaining compliance and timely onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with HR systems and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage job requisitions based on staffing requests.
• Coordinate with hiring leaders to refresh or close inactive roles.
• Assist with posting on job boards and recruitment events.
• Prepare and extend offer letters with accurate terms and compensation.
• Lead pre-employment screening and onboarding tasks.
