Job summary

Allpoints Surveying in Houston is seeking a Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to support talent acquisition and onboarding across field, operational, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide new hires through onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruiting processes.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS, ATS, or similar systems.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Experience recruiting in blue-collar, surveying, construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer and acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and managers.
• Source candidates via job boards, ATS, social media, and events.
• Oversee onboarding: documentation, approvals, and start date logistics.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and maintain accurate HR records.
