Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in human resources and/or payroll.
• Great customer service skills.
• Must have software skills, using excel, word, ATS, HRIS.
• Prefer an Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive talent acquisition and onboarding experience for new hires.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
• Provide high-quality service to employees and support HR team with data management.
