Job summary

Cass Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated HR Professional to lead full-cycle recruitment, design onboarding programs, and enhance employee engagement. You will partner with managers to fill staffing needs and promote the hospital’s employer brand.

The role supports a positive onboarding experience, coordinates orientation, and helps implement retention strategies across departments. Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Two or more years of HR experience focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or onboarding.
• Experience recruiting in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and HR software; strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer acceptance.
• Design and coordinate onboarding programs and New Employee Orientation.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit top talent.
• Develop engagement and retention initiatives; support surveys and action planning.
• Promote Cass Regional's employer brand via social media, job fairs, and outreach.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
