Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for our resort properties in the United States. You will partner with leadership on workforce planning and build robust candidate pipelines across diverse channels.

The role emphasizes employer branding, compliance with employment laws, and close collaboration with hiring managers on job design and selection. Hospitality TA experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hospitality recruitment experience is preferred (2+ years).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, talent acquisition best practices, and ATS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage all aspects of recruitment from job posting, applicant screening, through offer acceptance for all positions across the resort.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs, define hiring priorities, and develop long-term TA strategies.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Development: proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: advise hiring managers on job design, interview techniques, and selection best practices.
  • Employer Branding: strengthen employer brand via recruitment marketing, career fairs, and community events.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: track and analyze recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Candidate Experience: ensure a seamless, professional, and inclusive candidate journey.
  • Process Improvement: refine recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable): supervise and develop recruitment coordinators or specialists.

Description
General Duties
  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of recruitment from job posting, applicant screening, through offer acceptance for all positions across the resort.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs, define hiring priorities, and develop long-term talent acquisition strategies.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on job design, interview techniques, and selection best practices.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the organization's employer brand through outreach initiatives, recruitment marketing, and participation in career fairs and community events. Assist with planning and implementation of foreign worker programs.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional, and inclusive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable): Supervise and develop recruitment coordinators or specialists to meet hiring objectives and maintain high standards of performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an Associate's degree in business management or a relevant discipline.
  • Hospitality Recruitment experience, two years, minimum.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, talent acquisition best practices, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Prefer knowledge of immigration laws and processes.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, associates, and the general public.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis ability.
  • Must have a neat and pleasant overall appearance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical & Mental Requirements
  • Moderate lifting and carrying, 15-35 pounds.
  • Able to bend, stoop, reach, and stretch repetitively
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must have normal vision with corrective lens.
  • Walk as a daily routine.
  • Communicate effectively with the public.
Physical Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment and occasionally travels to recruitment events, conferences, or job fairs.
