Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS and HR tech; nonprofit or mission-driven hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across roles.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning, timelines, and market trends.
• Lead and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Analyze hiring data and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Advance DEIB goals with bias-aware recruitment and equitable hiring practices.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate and inclusive.
• Oversee ATS management and data accuracy and compliance.
• Develop standardized workflows, interview guides, and toolkits.
