Job summary

PHMG in Chicago is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Internal Recruitment team. The role combines high-volume recruitment with leadership, coaching two Recruiters and owning SDR recruitment across the US.

You will guide hiring managers, shape sourcing strategies and ensure strong pipelines for growth. You will report to the Recruitment Director and drive performance while delivering personal hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in a target-driven environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring others, with the confidence to hold people accountable for performance.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding individual targets or quotas.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment or sales environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, particularly across LinkedIn and job boards.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters and senior hiring managers.
• A hands-on recruiter ready to develop others while delivering personal results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop two Talent Acquisition Recruiters and drive their performance.
• Own recruitment for SDR roles across the US and partner with sales leaders.
• Monitor activity, pipeline health, and hiring results; coach for improvement.
• Manage your own recruiting pipeline and hit personal hiring targets.
• Oversee full lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Conduct high-quality phone screens and manage interview stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse; optimize processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
