Job summary

G&H Solutions in Tarzana, CA is seeking an on-site role to own the full-cycle recruiting of in-home sales reps and sales leaders across markets. You will source, screen, and advance top candidates while driving weekly performance metrics and a scalable process.

The role partners with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to start. This is a full-time, onsite position with USD 75,000–120,000 annual compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting commission-based, in-home sales reps in home improvement or a similar industry (solar, pest control, alarms, D2D) with familiarity in comp structures, rep profiles, and where talent is found.
• Hunter mindset: proactively find candidates rather than waiting for applications.
• Interest in building a recruiting function from early stages, since this is the company’s first recruiting hire and will shape the process

Responsibilities

• Source in-home sales reps, canvassers, and sales leaders across company markets using the right channels for each role.
• Build and maintain sourcing channels, including job boards, referrals, campus programs, veteran programs, and other pipelines for sales talent.
• Conduct targeted searches for specific roles by identifying and reaching out to the exact candidates desired, not just those who apply.
• Screen candidates and advance qualified applicants to sales leaders for next-stage interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate hiring steps, follow up quickly on feedback, and maintain a responsive, professional candidate experience from application through start.
• Track recruiting metrics on a weekly basis, including outreach, screens, interviews, offers, and starts
