Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Five years of full-time experience in talent acquisition, with at least two years supervising recruitment staff or leading TA projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment operations and optimize the full-cycle process.
• Supervise recruiters and sourcers; coach and develop staff.
• Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to tailor staffing solutions.
• Guide sourcing and pipeline management across diverse channels.
• Coordinate employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Monitor diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensure compliant processes.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven improvements.
• Maintain candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ATS stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
