Job summary

Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruiting for our Operations teams, including leadership hiring events and in-market initiatives. You’ll build and guide a high-performing team to meet aggressive hiring targets and develop relationships with business partners.

This role is on-site at our corporate HQ, requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in recruitment, and offers a competitive salary, medical/dental/vision benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading a recruiting team and managing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Operations.
• Inspire and mentor a recruiting team to hit KPIs and targets.
• Train on sourcing strategies and maintain candidate funnel efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve hiring quality.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs.
• Lead high-volume recruiting events and leadership hiring when applicable.
