Talent Executives is representing a nonprofit on the San Francisco Peninsula seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will partner with senior leaders to lead exempt and leadership hiring, while shaping the employer brand and development strategy to retain top talent.
The role offers four days on-site with one day remote, providing ownership and a seat at the executive table to help grow the community for years to come.
Some organizations hire people. This one builds a community. Our client is a nonprofit on the San Francisco Peninsula where the work spans hospitality, the arts, horticulture, education, and finance, often in the same week. It moves at a pace you might expect from a growth company, with a willingness to try new things that is rare for an organization of its kind. People here stay, grow, and form the kind of working relationships that last for years, and inclusion is built into how the team operates rather than added on.
They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape who joins that community next. This is a chance to step into a role with real ownership, a seat alongside senior leadership, and the freedom to build something that carries your fingerprints.
You'll work closely with the Chief People Officer, the Director of People Operations, and senior leaders across the organization as a trusted partner on their most important hires. Your focus will be exempt and leadership searches, and your influence will reach further, from how the organization presents itself to the market to how it develops and promotes the talent already on its team.
This is a role where your work is visible and your impact is lasting. The organization offers a meaningful mission, a setting few workplaces can match, and a schedule of four days on-site with one day remote. Above all, it offers the chance to help build a team that will carry the organization forward for years to come.
