Based in Hawaii at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, the director partners with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, compliance, and a people-first experience for guests and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
• Five years of experience as Assistant Director of People Operations or Director in luxury hotels.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Active involvement in HR networks and ongoing community involvement preferred.
• Broad knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations, safety, and training.
