Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, CRi is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our talent acquisition to provide personalized resources to youth and adults with mental health needs and intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
This role is responsible for shaping and driving a forward-thinking recruitment strategy that attracts top-tier, diverse talent to support CRi's strategic priorities by building the right structures to recruit and retain the right people. You will oversee the full life cycle recruiting process, lead and mentor a high-performing team, optimize recruitment operations, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership across the organization.
As a key leader within the HR function, the Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure CRi's recruiting capabilities are future-ready, metrics-driven, and deeply aligned with our organizational mission and values.
Duties And Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
- Lead a robust, proactive, and innovative full cycle recruiting strategy that supports CRi's mission and talent needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in market trends to develop and maintain a pipeline of clinical talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and translate them into actionable recruiting plans.
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, supporting CRi's operations within a highly regulated clinical and healthcare environment.
Team & Resource Management
- Manage and develop a current team of 3 recruiters, while strategically expanding the team by hiring additional recruiters to meet growing organizational needs.
- Effectively manage and scale recruiting operations of high-volume, high-turnover, primarily non-exempt roles in a 24/7 service delivery environment, ensuring timely staffing to support critical operations.
- Manage third-party staffing relationships to supplement internal efforts as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on inclusive interviewing and selection best practices.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Champion creative sourcing strategies, developing pipelines through universities, technical schools, community partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Strengthen CRI's employer brand by promoting our culture, mission, and opportunities at career events, job fairs, and community engagements.
Process & System Optimization
- Design and implement recruiting policies, processes, and systems that ensure a seamless and positive candidate and client experience.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data visibility in the recruitment process.
- Ensure alignment of job posting, internal mobility programs, and recruitment communications with strategic objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Human Resources, Business, or related field (Required).
- Minimum 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role (Required).
- Experience in clinical or healthcare recruiting (Strongly Preferred).
- Familiarly with federal, state, and local recruitment laws (Preferred).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation
An attractive compensation package will be offered consisting of a base salary. A competitive benefits package will also be provided.
