A growing luxury hospitality brand in Philadelphia is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across various properties. This role demands at least 4 years of hospitality recruiting experience. You'll manage hiring for hotel and food & beverage roles while ensuring a premium candidate experience. What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for hotel and F&B roles: operations, culinary, guest services, and leadership.
• Partner with property GMs and department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
• Source top talent using platforms, referrals, networking, and events.
• Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring a luxury-level candidate experience.
• Track and optimize recruiting metrics, pipelines, and hiring strategies.
• Represent Method Co. at industry events and recruiting fairs.
