THE ROLE

We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including a strong focus on our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a passion for attracting top talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, and developing an exceptional organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in building a successful organization and business and will have the potential to grow with us in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions—sourcing, assessing, and negotiating offers.
  • Influence business leaders and educate teams on interviewing best practices, decision-making, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Provide regular status updates to hiring teams and business leaders, ensuring progress at all steps of the process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key functions and roles.
  • Serve as an ambassador for our company’s brand and values, ensuring a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Maintain professional and responsive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate on implementation of talent acquisition and onboarding processes and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required.
  • 4-plus years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in consumer goods and recruitment of sales function is a plus.
  • Proven ability to identify and hire passive candidates from competitive markets.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence working autonomously, while also being a strong collaborator.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for our brand, with the ability to engage positively with candidates and effectively represent our team.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Compensation: $100K to $130K base salary plus performance-based bonus
