Responsibilities

This position is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team and function, overseeing all aspects of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates. Additionally, this role carries direct responsibility for the recruitment of leadership and executive-level talent.

  • Leads the development and execution of strategic, sustainable talent acquisition initiatives in alignment with organizational goals
  • Builds high-impact talent pipelines and strengthens employer brand through strategic partnerships with colleges, community organizations, professional networks, Marketing, and external agencies
  • Oversees full-cycle recruitment operations, ensuring process efficiency, exceptional candidate experience, and support for organizational growth
  • Monitors and interprets key talent acquisition metrics to guide decision-making and communicate impact across the organization
  • Manages relationships with staffing firms to support hard-to-fill and niche roles
  • Supports foreign national recruitment processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coaches and develops the talent acquisition team and provides consultative support to HR partners and hiring leaders
  • Oversees onboarding strategy and execution to ensure seamless integration of new hires
  • Maintains audit-ready documentation and ensures adherence to internal and external standards

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • (S)PHR or Recruiter Certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in human services or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with creative recruitment strategies in grass root arenas.
  • Experience with standard business software as well as various ATS systems: iCIMS, UKG, Workday.

The current hiring range for this position is: $87,491 - $103,867
