Caterpillar is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting for our Power & Energy segment, supporting the Oil & Gas and Marine organization across North America. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, workforce strategy, and execution. In addition to leading a team of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators, the Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a player-coach, providing direct recruiting support for key positions while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to deliver hiring results that directly support growth and innovation across the segment. This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition for Power & Energy. Caterpillar's Power & Energy segment is at the forefront of powering the world—supporting oil and gas operations, electric power generation, electrification, and advanced energy solutions that enable sustainability, resilience, and innovation.
