The Senior Human Resources Manager for the Excavation Division manages a broad scope of responsibilities that includes support for U.S. Manufacturing Operations, our European Design Center and global Product Management organizations. In addition, this role helps to set the division HR strategy and govern strategic HR initiatives and is responsible for division people processes including performance management, advanced compensation/total rewards, HR analytics and mobility programs.
This role partners with leaders at all levels globally to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives and provides leadership across core HR disciplines including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The position requires strong consulting capability, data-driven decision making, strong global collaboration and the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.

$159,120.00 - $238,680.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
