Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group in Islamorada seeks a Talent Acquisition and Learning Coordinator to support hourly recruiting, onboarding and learning across the Islamorada Resort Collection. You will partner with People & Culture leadership to streamline HR processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates well, and maintains confidentiality, with experience in HR or administrative roles and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment of hourly positions across three resorts.
• Lead learning and development initiatives and onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day People & Culture support and HR administration.
• Assist with engagement initiatives, compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Support management with confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
