Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale the company’s recruiting function during a period of rapid growth. You will manage an internal team, coordinate with external partners, and build processes, communications, and infrastructure to attract and hire top talent efficiently.

The role requires a highly organized, results-oriented leader with experience supporting fast-growing organizations and implementing scalable recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition management.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience with acquisitions or organizational integration.
• Experience with external search firms.
• Ability to build recruiting processes and metrics from scratch.
• Experience supporting workforce growth to several hundred or thousands employees.
