Flint Group in Golden, CO is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead all recruitment and retention efforts, build a pipeline of technicians and licensed staff, and execute the Flint Recruitment playbook.

Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to VP of Talent Acquisition, the role requires partnering with senior management, designing inclusive recruiting strategies, and maintaining strong relationships across teams.

Qualificações

• Experience leading recruitment and retention efforts.
• Strong interview and candidate experience focus.
• Ability to plan, procure, and invest in recruitment.
• Partner with senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and lead interview processes.
• Source talent through outreach, networking, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Design inclusive recruiting strategies to diversify candidates.
• Support employer brand across job boards and social channels.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and postings to source candidates.
• Maintain workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Light HR administration duties.
• Develop retention and engagement programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
